Our Home
ur new home will feature all the amentities a student of today desires. Our rich history began at 888 13th Street in 1927, the chapter outgrew this house and in fall of 2008 we will move into our new home. The new Alpha Phi house will have over three thousand square feet of beautiful crown moldings and new wood flooring flowing through the formal living room, entrance and den. A new library will highlight the chapter’s rich history, featuring memorabilia from chapter founders, Alpha Phi and University of Colorado events. The bedrooms will provide not only personal space but study space. The restrooms throughout the house will be updated to create a spa-like setting, allowing for privacy and storage. Most excitingly, the new facility will feature a deck for social events or BBQs, a flat screen television and an exercise room.
Recognizing that academic success is a hallmark of a strong chapter experience, major emphasis will be placed on providing quite, well lit and state of the art computer areas with wireless internet that enable our members to achieve their academic potential. The chapter house will also have keyless entry as well as a state of the art security system.
We are so excited to move into our new home in fall of 2008!
